Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Office Manager to support our property management team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for organised individuals with strong administrative and communication skills to contribute to the smooth operation of our office. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, assisting with tenant and vendor communications, and supporting team management activities. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in property management within a professional environment.

Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficient workflow and organisation
Handle tenant enquiries and correspondence via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain accurate records using Xero for rent collection, billing, and expense tracking
Organise schedules for property inspections, maintenance appointments, and meetings
Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation related to property management activities
Support vendor relationships by coordinating service appointments and processing invoices
Ensure the office remains organised, tidy, and fully stocked with necessary supplies

Requirements

Proven experience in office administration, clerical work or similar roles within property management or related fields
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable.
Reliable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent organisational standards
