Customer Service Advisor – Conveyancing

Location: Egham, Surrey (Office Based)

Salary: £28,000 per annum
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent

At JCC Legal, we believe that exceptional customer service is at the heart of every successful property transaction. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Service Advisor to become an important part of our team in Egham.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a busy office environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

As the first point of contact for many of our clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring they receive a professional and supportive experience throughout their conveyancing journey.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to client enquiries.
Providing updates on the progress of residential conveyancing matters.
Assisting new clients through our onboarding and instruction process.
Preparing and issuing conveyancing quotations.
Liaising with solicitors, conveyancers and fee earners to obtain updates and progress matters.
Communicating with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other third parties where appropriate.
Maintaining accurate records on our case management system.
Delivering a high standard of customer care while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

About You

We're looking for someone who is confident, professional and genuinely enjoys helping people.

You'll ideally have:

Previous office-based customer service experience.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/case management systems.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience within a conveyancing or legal environment.
Previous experience working in an estate agency.
Knowledge of the residential property buying and selling process.
