Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Floor Manager to lead our dynamic team and ensure an exceptional experience for our guests. Responsibilities

Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth coordination between kitchen and front-of-house teams
Lead food preparation, cooking, serving, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards
Manage staff schedules, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee food safety protocols, cleanliness, and compliance with health regulations
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food storage practices
Support staff training on culinary techniques, customer interaction, and safety procedures
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

Proven management or supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong background in food production, cooking, and food preparation techniques
Experience with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Knowledge of restaurant operations including serving procedures and kitchen workflows
Familiarity with barista experience or beverage service is a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency
