Dental Receptionist -Part time, mainly afternoons, flexibility to cover mornings as required.

At A & H Dental Care we pride ourselves in providing excellent customer service and patient care in a relaxed and friendly environment.

We are seeking a part time Dental Receptionist to join our friendly team . Hours are approx. 16-20 hours per week, mostly Monday to Friday 1-5pm as a job share with another part time morning receptionist. This position is for immediate start and will only be advertised until the position is filled.

You need to be a friendly, organised person who will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our patients and team. As the first point of contact for our practice, you will contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment for all visitors.

Your duties will include:

- Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor

- Schedule appointments and manage the computerised appointment book efficiently

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about services

- Process patient billing accurately

- Maintain patient records and update information as needed

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing and recalls

- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations within the practice

- Keep all non clinical areas clean and beautifully presented.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

- Customer service-oriented approach with a positive attitude

**Nice-to-have Skills:**

- Experience in a healthcare environment is a bonus
