Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated, honest and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in all settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work efficiently both on your own and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces in accordance with established standards.
Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and sanitised regularly.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests with professionalism and courtesy.
Assist in laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens.

Requirements

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is essential.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
Ability to work independently while managing time effectively to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
