We're now looking for Care & Support Team Members in the Radstock area who are happy to travel between clients' homes across Radstock and the surrounding areas, rather than working in one fixed location.

Excellent pay: Earn an average of £14.47 an hour, based on actual carers' earnings across a mix of weekday, weekend, and evening shifts. Plus 55p per mile for mileage.
Full shift pay: Get paid your full rate for your full shift, including any gaps, travel time, or waiting time.
Reliable hours: No zero-hour contracts. You'll know your schedule and can plan your life.
Time to care properly: Minimum 30-minute visits, plus paid travel and waiting time at your full rate.

Your role as a Care & Support Team Member

You'll be a consistent, reassuring presence, supporting people to live safely and confidently at home.

Because we work preventatively, your role is about more than tasks. It's about noticing changes early, encouraging healthy routines, and helping people maintain independence for longer, so they can keep doing the things that matter to them.

Your visits may include:

Preparing meals and supporting good nutrition
Encouraging safe mobility and supporting medication routines
Promoting healthy habits and gentle activity
Providing companionship and meaningful conversation
Helping with light housework or personal care
Spotting early signs of potential issues and helping prevent crises

Every visit is an opportunity to protect someone's independence and quality of life and to help them feel more like themselves.

What we're looking for

A kind, reliable, and empathetic nature (experience welcome, but not essential)
A UK driving licence and access to your own car
The right to work in the UK
Availability for 7am to 3pm and/or 3pm to 10pm shifts, discussed at interview
Flexibility to work alternate weekends
Willingness to travel across our service areas. This role is not based in one fixed location, and you'll need to be comfortable supporting clients in different local areas, which may include Radstock and surrounding towns and villages, depending on business and client needs.
