Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist/Admin support to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organisational skills, proficiency in data entry, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The role is every Mon - Fri 09:00-16:30pm with occasional holiday/sickness cover for weekend reception.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Answer phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
Manage scheduling and appointments using Outlook and other office software.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
Assist with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Support the administrative team with various tasks as required.

Skills

Proficiency in excel is an advantage but not essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
Competent in using computerized systems, including Google Suite.
Strong administrative skills with experience in an office environment.
Good clerical skills, including filing and document management.
Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
