We’re looking for a talented Digital Delivery Manager to join our Digital team at CAF Bank, part of Charities Aid Foundation (CAF). This is an opportunity to play a central role in shaping how digital change is planned, coordinated and delivered within a purpose-led, regulated bank.
What you’ll do
At CAF Bank, every one of us contributes to our impact, and as our Digital Delivery Manager you will own the overall Digital delivery plan, helping us progress our highest-value customer, operational and strategic priorities.
You will coordinate digital change across Online Banking, AI and automation, digital adoption and other priority initiatives. As our Digital Delivery Manager, you will:
- Own and maintain a clear, integrated delivery plan across the Digital portfolio
- Translate strategic priorities and roadmap items into realistic and executable delivery plans
- Maintain visibility of priorities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and decisions
- Establish effective delivery routines, including planning sessions, progress reviews, blocker reviews and retrospectives
- Coordinate delivery across Digital, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance and external suppliers
- Identify and remove blockers, escalating promptly where senior decisions are required
- Own core delivery controls, including RAID logs, action logs, milestone trackers, delivery dashboards and dependency tracking
- Provide clear, accurate and action-oriented reporting for governance and senior stakeholders
- Coordinate supplier plans, actions, estimates, effort and delivery commitments
- Support release readiness by tracking UAT progress, known issues, dependencies and operational readiness
- Improve the flow of work from idea and discovery through to delivery, testing, release and benefits realisation
- Help embed practical, proportionate and continuously improving ways of working across the Digital team
- Identify opportunities to use AI to increase the pace and effectiveness of delivery.
Who we are looking for
This role is ideal for an experienced digital, technology or change delivery professional who is comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams and bringing structure to complex or ambiguous environments.
You will need to combine strong planning and delivery discipline with the ability to build effective relationships, challenge constructively and maintain momentum across teams. Experience in banking, financial services or another regulated environment would be particularly valuable.
We are looking for:
- Experience managing delivery plans, milestones, actions, risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams
- Experience coordinating digital, technology or change delivery across cross-functional teams
- Strong delivery planning, prioritisation and workload management skills
- Experience maintaining RAID logs, action logs, milestone trackers and delivery dashboards
- The ability to identify blockers, manage dependencies and escalate issues effectively
- Experience working with external suppliers or third-party delivery partners
- Experience supporting release readiness, UAT coordination or delivery assurance
- An understanding of agile, product-led or hybrid delivery environments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
- The ability to work through ambiguity and bring structure, clarity and momentum
- A practical, tenacious and collaborative approach, with a strong focus on customer and organisational outcomes.
- Experience of online banking, automation, AI, digital channels or customer journey improvement would be an advantage.
What’s in it for you
At CAF Bank you will receive:
- Permanent hybrid ways of working where roles allow
- Six weeks holiday plus bank holidays
- A wide range of development opportunities to support personal and professional growth
- Pension scheme with better-than-market employer contribution options
- Social impact benefit schemes
