WE’RE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED PART TIME TO FULL TIME BAR STAFF TO JOIN OUR FANTASTIC TEAM

Responsibilities:

Greeting customers: Creating a welcoming atmosphere and making guests feel comfortable.
Taking orders: Accurately taking drink and food orders from customers.
Serving drinks: Preparing and serving a variety of beverages
Handling payments: Accurately processing cash and card payments for orders.
Providing recommendations: Offering advice on drinks and giving suggestions based on customer preferences.
Resolving issues: Addressing customer complaints and handling difficult situations professionally.
Mixing drinks: Preparing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
Restocking supplies: Ensuring the bar is well-stocked with drinks, ice, garnishes, and other necessary items.
Maintaining cleanliness: Keeping the bar, work areas, and equipment clean, organized, and hygienic.
Washing glassware: Cleaning and washing used glassware.
Inventory management: Keeping track of inventory and assisting with ordering new supplies.
Checking IDs: Verifying customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age.
Adhering to regulations: Following all alcohol service laws and company policies to prevent underage drinking and overserving.
Ensuring health and safety: Maintaining standards of hygiene and safety within the bar area

Experience working in a busy pub or bar is a must, as is the ability to work in the UK. We are in a rural location in Edington, Wiltshire so access to your own transport is vital. Please note that due to the nature of this role, the right candidate must be able to work weekends and be over the age of 18 due to licencing laws.

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
