WE’RE EXPANDING – JOIN OUR GROWING TEAMExperienced SMART REPAIRER WANTED

Due to continued growth and increasing demand, we are expanding our Bodyshop team and are looking for an experienced Smart Repairer to join our busy dealership operation in Hindley Green, Wigan.

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a fast-paced, successful business selling over 200 vehicles per month. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards, investing in our team, and creating a positive working environment where hard work and quality are recognised.

The Role:

Carrying out high-quality SMART repairs to vehicles, including scratches, scuffs, dents and minor body damage
Preparing damaged areas for repair, including sanding, filling, masking and priming
Colour matching and applying paint to achieve a professional, seamless finish
Carrying out minor cosmetic repairs to a high standard
Working on a wide range of vehicle makes and models within our Prep Centre
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Smart Repairer is ESSENTIAL
Candidates without relevant experience will not be considered
Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Excellent paint and colour-matching skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
