Full job description

Support Solutions is looking for two experienced Part-Time Office Administrators to join our friendly and professional team. We have two permanent positions available, with a choice of the following shifts:

Sunday to Wednesday: 9:00am – 5:30pm
Thursday to Saturday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

We are seeking organised, reliable, and motivated individuals who can provide excellent administrative support in a busy care environment. Flexibility is important, and applicants should be willing to provide additional cover for annual leave and other planned absences within the team when required.

About the Role

As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our office. You will be responsible for handling telephone enquiries, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration role.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Flexibility and willingness to work additional days to provide cover for colleagues during annual leave and other planned absences.

Desirable:

Previous experience working within the health or social care sector.
Bookkeeping or accounts administration experience.
Familiarity with care management systems would be an advantage.
