Responsibilities:

Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with carrying luggage and belongings
Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in public areas, including entrances and lobby
Assist with parking and retrieving guests' vehicles as needed
Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Deliver room services

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Able to work in a team and independently
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Valid driver's license preferred
