Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator

Location: Chipping Warden, Banbury, UK (Hybrid working available)

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

Job Purpose

We are seeking an organised Business Support & Facilities Co-ordinator. The role would suit someone with strong communication skills and a can-do attitude, who is organised, adaptable and has a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.

This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working, balancing remote work with required days in the office to manage on-site needs.

No previous experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Co-ordinate building maintenance and third-party contractors.
Maintain a central log of all compliance certificates and ensure all are completed in a timely manner.
Order office supplies.
Ensure accident logs are maintained and filed appropriately.
Co-ordinate Health and Safety risk assessments and be the responsible person for the administration of Health and Safety documentation.
Work with our third-party Health and Safety provider to ensure we have all documentation needed.
Schedule and co-ordinate internal meetings and distribution of meeting minutes.
Prepare and distribute business KPIs daily.
Create and format PowerPoint presentations for leadership personnel.

Skills & Knowledge

An organised, methodical individual with a strong attention to detail is essential
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritise workload effectively, and work independently.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel and PowerPoint. (An understanding of AI tools to assist with these applications would be advantageous).
Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential and business information.
Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
Own transport essential due to remote location of the office.
No experience necessary
