Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/Waitress, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests! Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
Assist with food preparation tasks to support the kitchen team, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards at all times.
Handle cash transactions using the register system, giving correct change and processing payments smoothly.
Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including counters, tables, and equipment, adhering to food safety regulations.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers promptly without compromising quality.
Follow all health and safety guidelines related to food safety and hygiene to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

Requirements

Prior experience as a barista or waitress is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm to learn is key!
Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of beverages and food items.
Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for transactions and inventory checks.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours.
Excellent communication skills with a friendly attitude that makes guests feel welcome.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting trays or boxes.
A proactive approach to teamwork, ensuring smooth operations during busy shifts.
