Location: Holbrook, Somerset
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours : 48 H Per week

Holbrook Manor & Spa is a luxury countryside manor offering boutique accommodation, spa facilities, weddings, and events. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of the business and support the delivery of outstanding guest experiences.

The Role

As Operations Manager, you will take responsibility for the smooth operation of the hotel, spa, food & beverage, and events. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead teams, maintain high standards, and ensure exceptional service across all departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across hotel, spa, food & beverage, and events
Lead, manage, and develop department managers and teams
Ensure high standards of guest service and operational excellence
Manage staffing levels, rotas, training, and performance
Oversee health & safety, compliance, and operational procedures
Support weddings, events, and private functions
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally

About You

Proven experience in a senior hospitality management or operations role
Strong leadership and people-management skills
Experience managing multiple departments
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident, professional, and guest-focused
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods
