Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Front of House (FOH) Manager to support the smooth operation of our bar. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a comprehensive understanding of service standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop managerial expertise within a dynamic team environment, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service quality.

Duties

Assist in supervising daily FOH operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
Support the FOH team in delivering outstanding customer service, including serving and attending to guest needs
Coordinate with bar staff to ensure timely production and delivery
Supervise and motivate team members, fostering a positive and professional work environment
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards
Assist in training new staff members on service procedures, food safety, and hospitality protocols
Manage reservations, organise seating arrangements, and handle guest feedback effectively
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area

Experience

Proven supervisory experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Experience in team management and leadership roles within a hospitality role
Familiarity with hospitality operations, including serving and hospitality standards
Previous experience working in bars and restaurants
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining high service standards

Pay: £29,750.00 per year
