Full job description

Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Team Members to join our pub team. This is a multi-skilled role where you’ll work across all areas of the business, including the bar, floor service, and back of house. You’ll play a key part in delivering excellent customer experiences while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the pub.

Key Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient customer service at all times
Serve drinks and food while maintaining high presentation standards
Take customer orders accurately using tills or handheld systems
Work across different areas including bar, floor, and back-of-house support
Prepare and serve beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
Assist with food service, including running food and clearing tables
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of all customer and staff areas
Follow all health & safety, food hygiene, and licensing regulations
Support stock replenishment and basic inventory tasks
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when necessary
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient service

Requirements

Previous hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must meet legal requirements for serving alcohol
