Bespoke Packer

About us:

We are a growing high touch fulfilment business with three sites across North Devon. We offer a bespoke fulfilment service, tailor made for each client.

Key Responsibilities will include the following (but not be limited to):

Premium packing for brands with unique unboxing experience - intricate, delicate and bespoke packaging; including hand written notes.
Ensure orders are picked and packed in the correct way and in a timely manner
The ability to use computer software systems (full training will be given on in-house systems)
Completing product returns
Producing clients’ kits/bundles
Booking in deliveries
Stock management
Quality checks to ensure products are damage free

What you will have:

Attention to detail is paramount
Ability to follow instructions clearly as each client will have a bespoke method for packing their products
Retail and luxury product experience desirable
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Accurate counting skills essential
Ability to remain calm under pressure
Excellent team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
Flexible and reliable approach to work
Need to be physically active as the role requires being on your feet and lifting items (under 15kg)
Computer literacy is essential as our business is based on tech driven processes
Time management skills essential as orders need to be picked, packed and despatched daily within certain time frames
Being aware of surroundings, keeping the work place safe, clean and tidy
