Position: Genesis Personal Assistant

Location: Guildford, Surrey

Brand: Genesis

Salary: £53,000 OTE (£24k Basic + Bonus + Company Car)

Work Pattern: 5-Day Working Week

***Applicants must hold a full UK driving licence ***

The Position:

The Genesis Personal Assistant positionis perfect for a sales professional, or someone with previous luxury hospitality experience who excels in providing an outstanding and unique customer journey experience - Richmond Motor Group achieved the Genesis Retailer of the Year award in 2025, and now with the opening of the new prestigious showroom, it's time to grow the team.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

Maintain a close and personal relationship with guests and customers, helping them acquire and enjoy their Genesis products.

· Execute the customer journey in an excellent way in order to excite and generate unique experiences for our guests and customers.

· Be a Genesis ambassador by demonstrating a deep understanding of the brand, its privileged position in the market, as well as our products and services.

· Proactively generate quality contacts with guests or potential guests by detecting business opportunities through the lead management system.

· Connect with the guest/customer through a personalized process that makes them feel the centre of attention from the first moment to identify their needs and purchase motivations.

· Represent the brand and the company at regular guest/customer experience events in the local region.

· With the assistance of the management team, present winning offers, attractive and adapted to each guest, by using the tools at your disposal (static presentations, test drives, vehicle configurations, finance services or mobility services that add value to specific customer requirements.

· Detect and create closing opportunities in order to transform enquiries into sales. Make progress in the customer relationship either by closing a sale, obtaining commitments from the customer, or generating a future contact.

· Ensure that the delivery date and conditions are met for full guest/customer satisfaction, thus making the car delivery a unique experience for the guest - it should be the high point of the purchasing process.

· Conduct regular contacts with the customer to make sure that each guest is satisfied so they can become a potential promoter and provide recommendations.

· Be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries during the ownership phase.

· Drive Brand & Agent awareness through social media, events and online presence

· Excite, engage and educate all prospective and existing customers through open lines of communication and events.

· Keep all guests informed of brand and product news.
