As we continue to grow, we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and driven Contract Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Redditch.

This is far more than a typical administration role.

You'll play a vital part in ensuring our projects and maintenance works are delivered successfully, working closely with our Account Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients to keep everything running smoothly.

The Opportunity

Every day is different at MMS.

One moment you'll be helping organise urgent reactive works, the next you'll be coordinating planned maintenance, arranging subcontractors or keeping clients updated on progress.

You'll become a key part of our operations team, helping deliver works across the UK while ensuring our clients receive the exceptional service they're used to.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting the delivery of reactive and planned maintenance works.
Working closely with our Account Managers to ensure jobs are delivered efficiently.
Scheduling engineers and subcontractors.
Liaising with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
Coordinating quotations, purchase orders and job information.
Monitoring job progress to ensure works are completed on time.
Supporting the wider operations team with day-to-day contract delivery.
Maintaining accurate records using our Facilities Management software.
Communicating with suppliers, engineers and clients via phone and email.
Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and customer service.
Delivering an exceptional experience for every client.

Who We're Looking For

Experience within Facilities Management would be advantageous, but it isn't essential. We're looking for the right person with the right attitude.

What You'll Need

Previous experience in an office, administration or coordination role.
Excellent organisational skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Confidence communicating professionally by telephone and email.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Excellent time management.
A proactive, can-do attitude.
Previous experience using CRM or job management systems is desirable but not essential.
