Full job description

This is a busy role answering into the Operations Manager ensuring the office team is well supported.

You will be assisting our team to achieve their daily objectives, undertaking all aspects of office admin and support. As office administrator, you will be responsible for preserving our high standards of customer care. No two days are the same working as part of a friendly and experienced team. This is an on-site full-time role.

Answering incoming calls and dealing with day-to-day business enquiries, processing sales orders over the phone and in person
Telesales support when needed.
Support to the sales team with point-of-sale ordering
Supporting the Logistics department to enable smooth running of deliveries.
Sales invoice processing
Completion Supplier Forms
Supporting the finance department with processing of supplier invoices through Xero, monitoring accounts email and cash transactions.
Undertaking all adhoc office administrative duties including reconciliation of credit card transactions
Assisting the Operations Manager with admin for large scale events (currently 4 per year)
Supporting our Events team by answering email enquiries
Helping customers load their vehicles with cases of beer, casks and kegs as and when required.
Holiday cover for the admin team

Experience in a similar office-based role
Good organisation skills and an ability to learn on the job
A personable and confident telephone manner
Ability to use different operating platforms – Microsoft office, Xero, Brewman and supplier portals
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good customer service skills.
Personality fit within the team essential

Salary £27k- £30k

On site parking. Pension contribution, 25 days holiday, staff discount, health cash plan.
