Job Overview

We are seeking a vibrant and professional Beauty Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Skin Clinic. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Your energetic attitude and excellent communication skills will help create a positive experience that keeps clients coming back. You will manage appointment scheduling, handle inquiries, and support daily operations with enthusiasm and efficiency. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a lively team dedicated to enhancing clients’ beauty journeys.

Duties

Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression
Manage appointment bookings via phone, email, and social media platforms, ensuring smooth scheduling flow
Answer all incoming calls with excellent phone etiquette, directing inquiries appropriately
Promote additional services and retail products through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue
Must be confident about Skin Treatments and be able to sell High end Skin treatments
Maintain organized client records and update appointment schedules accurately
Manage social media accounts by posting updates, engaging with followers, and promoting special offers
Assist with merchandising displays to create an inviting environment that showcases products effectively
Coordinate with stylists and technicians to ensure timely service delivery and optimal client experience

Experience

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and team members
Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role within a beauty or wellness setting is preferred
Basic math skills for handling payments, product sales, and inventory management
Excellent organizational skills coupled with time management abilities to handle multiple appointments efficiently
Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus for promoting salon services and engaging clients online
Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing product displays that attract customer interest
Must be able to make sales and close sales
