Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of bartending techniques. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Your ability to manage time effectively while maintaining high standards of service will be crucial in this role.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
Engage with customers, providing excellent service and responding to their needs promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately, employing basic maths skills for billing and change.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
Uphold the establishment's policies on responsible alcohol service and promote a safe drinking environment.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy setting.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
A passion for providing outstanding customer service in a lively atmosphere.
