Full job description

We are looking for an ambitious, driven, and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Glasgow.

Your Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Customer & Service Support: Assist customers warmly via phone, email, or digital channels, handle inquiries efficiently, and ensure exceptional resolution experiences at every touchpoint.
Daily Operations Exposure: Manage day-to-day incoming queries, assist with account troubleshooting, and maintain high standards of service accuracy across shift patterns.
Performance & Goal Tracking: Work towards individual query metrics and team service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining a customer-first approach.
Systems & Record Keeping: Update and maintain accurate customer logs, interaction notes, and account details using internal CRM software.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with key support departments (such as Billing, Escalations, and Operations Admin) to deliver clear, accurate solutions to customers.
Process Improvement: Participate in team briefings, proposing practical, creative solutions to improve query resolution workflows and customer satisfaction.
Personal & Professional Development: Attend structured customer care workshops, system training sessions, and team coaching to prepare for future supervisory responsibilities.
