School Office Manager and SLT Support

For September 2026 Full-time, term-time only, with 20 days to be worked outside of term-time

We are seeking to appoint an experienced, organised and proactive School Office Manager and SLT Support to join our friendly, professional and supportive School Office team.

As School Office Manager and SLT Support, you will play a key role in the smooth running of the School Office, providing leadership to the office and reception teams while delivering high-quality administrative support to members of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).

Responsibilities include line management of the front office staff, diary and email management, oversight of attendance and reporting processes, coordination of School events and parents' evenings, and ensuring excellent customer service for parents, pupils, staff and visitors.

As one of the first points of contact within the School, you will demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, professionalism and discretion, helping to maintain efficient administrative processes and the highest standards of service and safeguarding.

Knowledge of SIMS and previous experience in office management, administration or a School environment would be advantageous.

This is a predominantly term-time role, with an additional 20 days worked during school holidays.

Term-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 4.30pm
Holiday hours (20 days): 9.00am – 3.00pm

The pro-rated salary for the hours above is £33,950.89 per annum (£37,831 FTE)
