Duties

Manage all aspects of club operations, including staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and event planning to ensure smooth daily functioning.
Lead and motivate a diverse team by providing clear direction, ongoing training, and performance feedback to promote excellence in all services.
Oversee member relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and creating personalized experiences that foster loyalty.
Coordinate club activities, programs, and special events to enhance member engagement and community spirit.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations across all areas of the club.
Monitor financial transactions, membership enrollments, and service quality to support operational efficiency and growth.
Foster a positive environment that encourages teamwork, inclusivity, and a vibrant club culture.
Manage all aspects of contractor engagement striving for value for money associated with quality delivery

Skills

Proven management experience in hospitality or recreational facilities with strong leadership capabilities.
Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with team members, members, and external partners.
Deep understanding of visitor principles with a passion for creating memorable experiences.
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills for overseeing operations, events, and staff schedules.
Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory standards relevant to recreational facilities.
Energetic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
