PAY BREAKDOWN

Hourly Rate: £16.50–£18.50ph

Estimated Hourly Gratuities: £0.95ph (£2,223.00pa)
Guaranteed 45-hour Contract
Hourly Paid Overtime

THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on chef who is ready to get stuck in and support what we do best across the Distinctive Inns estate.

This role would be ideally suited to somebody already operating at Head Chef level who is looking to take their first step into a multi-site position, or an experienced multi-site chef looking to join an ambitious and ever-growing independent company.

No two days will necessarily look the same. You could be supporting one of our kitchens during periods of holiday, helping a team through a particularly busy trading period, delivering additional training and development, supporting new menu launches, or simply providing another experienced pair of hands wherever the business needs it most.

We’re looking for somebody with a positive, solutions-focused attitude, strong kitchen standards and, most importantly, someone who genuinely enjoys being hands-on with their teams. This isn’t a role for somebody who wants to manage kitchens from a distance – we want someone who is comfortable putting their chef whites on, getting involved in service and helping our teams deliver at their best.
