Duties

Supervise daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth service flow and operational efficiency
Lead and motivate staff across all departments, including serving, food preparation, and bar services
Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards and food production procedures
Oversee kitchen operations, including cooking, food presentation, and ensuring quality control
Manage team schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to foster growth and excellence
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to optimize profitability

Requirements

Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with strong team management skills
Extensive restaurant experience with hands-on culinary knowledge and food preparation skills
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food production and handling
Experience in hospitality environments such as hotels or bars is highly desirable
Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and barista experience is a plus
