We are looking for dynamic starters to join our security teams to help protect a logistics site in Rugby.

We are looking for a Site Security Manager who is proactive, reliable, and experienced in leading security operations, ensuring the safety of people, assets, and facilities while maintaining the highest security standards.

Shift pattern

Monday - Friday 06:00-18:00.
60 hours per week.
Overtime available.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all site security operations to ensure a safe and secure environment.
Lead, supervise, and support the site security team.
Conduct risk assessments and implement effective security measures.
Monitor and investigate security incidents, escalating where necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security standards.
Maintain security systems, access controls, and CCTV operations.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and emergency services as required.
Prepare security reports and maintain accurate records.
Drive continuous improvement in security performance and site resilience.

Person Specification Essential:

Valid SIA license
Previous leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good organisational skills
Ability to deal with clients
High level of professionalism
Flexible working hours
Reliable with excellent time keeping
Ability to use initiative and be adaptable
Ability to work effectively on your own and part of a team
Must always be smart and presentable
Enthusiastic and willing to develop new skills

Desirable:

Computer literate
First aid qualification
IOSH qualification
Full UK Driving License
