About The Role

Join Our Healthcare HR Team

Are you an organised and detail-focused HR professional looking to make a meaningful contribution within a healthcare environment?

Here at Practice Plus Group, we are seeking an HR Administrator to join our busy HR team, providing comprehensive administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering accurate, high-quality support to colleagues and managers.

Working closely with the HR Operations Manager and wider HR team, you will play a vital role in ensuring HR processes are completed efficiently, accurately and in line with payroll deadlines and compliance requirements.

This role offer Hybrid working with a requirement to work onsite every Thursday.

What you'll be doing

Processing new starter administration and maintaining employee records.
Preparing employment contracts and associated documentation.
Managing contractual changes, employee lifecycle updates and payroll-related HR processes.
Maintaining compliance records, including professional registrations, training records and other regulatory documentation.
Updating and managing information within the HR Information System.
Supporting reporting, audits and wider HR administration activities.
Delivering professional, customer-focused support to employees and managers.

What we’ll look for in you

Essential:

Previous experience working in a busy HR administrative environment.
Experience processing HR changes within an HR Information System.
Experience preparing employment contracts and HR correspondence.
Ability to work accurately to strict payroll deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection requirements.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Desirable:

Experience within the healthcare sector.
Working knowledge of iTrent (Midlands HR) and/or Eploy ATS.
Experience supporting multi-site organisations.
CIPD Level 3 qualification or working towards one
