Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio, ensuring that all administrative tasks are executed efficiently. This position requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Oversee the administrative functions related to property management, including tenant communications and lease administration.
Maintain accurate records of property documents, tenant agreements, and maintenance requests.
Coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of reports on property performance and occupancy rates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Liaise with contractors and service providers to facilitate maintenance and repairs.
Organise property viewings and manage scheduling for prospective tenants.
Implement efficient administrative processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within property management or real estate.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
Proficient in using office software and property management systems.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
