Job Overview
We are seeking friendly and professional Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This position offers an opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a lively and dynamic environment. Candidates should be enthusiastic, well-organised, and passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently
Serve food and drinks accurately and promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar
Ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to, including food safety standards
Handle payments accurately using the point-of-sale system
Assist in setting up tables and clearing after service
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer customer queries courteously
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
Good organisational abilities to manage multiple tables efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Effective time management to prioritise tasks during busy shifts
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards is advantageous

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
