Full job description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Hotel Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a warm welcome and ensuring every guest enjoys an excellent stay. This is a varied role that includes checking guests in and out, handling reservations, answering telephone and email enquiries, processing payments, and providing outstanding customer service.

Hours of Work

5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
Shifts are:
7:00am – 3:00pm
3:00pm – 11:00pm

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or over.
Well presented with a professional and friendly manner.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Able to work as part of a team and use initiative.
Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
