E-commerce Business Manager (Remote)

About the Role

We are a growing UK-based e-commerce business looking for a motivated, reliable, and ambitious E-commerce Business Manager to join our team. This is a fully remote position offering the opportunity to play a key role in building and growing our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day e-commerce operations from start to finish. This includes product research, supplier communication, product listings, marketplace management, customer service, order management, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and business growth.

We are looking for someone who is organised, proactive, able to work independently, and committed to building a long-term career with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Research profitable products from UK and international wholesale suppliers.
Analyse product demand, competition, pricing, and profitability.
Create, optimise, and manage listings on Amazon, eBay, and TikTok Shop.
Monitor inventory, pricing, and marketplace performance.
Process customer orders and maintain accurate records.
Communicate professionally with suppliers and customers.
Identify new suppliers and business opportunities.
Improve business processes and recommend ways to increase sales and profitability.
Support the growth and day-to-day management of the business.
Carry out any additional duties required to support business operations.

Requirements

Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred but not essential.
Strong research, analytical, and organisational skills.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Honest, reliable, and highly motivated.
Willingness to learn and grow with the business.
