Wilkinson and Fox are an award winning boutique firm of Chartered Surveyors looking for a dedicated professional to join our team. We work with in a niche area of property delivering exceptional service for clients helping them value, sell and manage property across the UK.

What we are looking for

We bring an entrepreneurial mindset to everything we do. This means our work often varies widely, but it all requires balance and exceptional organisation. If you can juggle multiple tasks and maintain a positive, can-do attitude, then you are the right fit for the job.

You will report directly to the director ensuring speed of decisions and feedback. We prioritise our clients in everything we do, ensuring their problem become our problems. You’ll be driven to manage tasks efficiently and maintain a high standard of service quality.

As you go about your daily work, you'll develop strong relationships with everyone you interact with. You will collaborate with the team to resolve issues, always keeping our promises to clients. Being proactive, professional, organised, and energetic is essential.

What your day might entail

Management of both residential and commercial property
Assist with booking viewings, coordinating repairs, and liaising with insurers
Identify opportunities to improve customer service and make recommendations to the team
Handle incoming inquiries via phone and email
Prepare properties to be bought to market
Chasing solicitors for outstanding legal packs in a delicate manner
Arrange property clearances with speed and accuracy
Update clients and prepare detailed sales reports

Experience and traits we are looking for.

We're searching for a confident, communicator with a can do attitude:

2 years’ property management experience
The communication skills to write clearly and speak easily with anyone.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
Experience of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
A keen eye for detail
An organised way of working and ability to prioritise.
