Sales Administrator (Part-Time) | Hazel Grove | 20–25 hours per week | £13.45 per hour

We are a well-established, family-run window and door company based in Hazel Grove, and we are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy team. This is a role supporting our domestic sales team.

The role would suit someone with previous administration experience in a busy environment.

The successful candidate will have:

· Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work

· The ability to prioritise their workload in line with business needs, multi-task effectively, and think on their feet

· A polite telephone manner and excellent communication skills

· Excellent work ethic and timekeeping

· Good IT skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office

Key duties will include:

· Handling customer enquiries that come in by phone and email

· Diary management

· Supporting the sales team with processing orders, quotes, and general admin tasks

· Providing polite and professional customer support

· Showroom cover, including meeting & greeting customers

· Availability to work occasional Saturdays, typically 1 in 3

Hours: 20–25 per week, 11am-4pm

Pay: £13.45 per hour
