We've grown into one of the area's leading agencies by doing things properly, backed by real investment in the tools and technology our team uses, so people can spend their time on the part of the job that matters most: looking after clients. We're looking for a proactive, organised Admin & Viewing Coordinator to join the office. You'll be the first point of contact for a lot of our sellers and buyers, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and out at viewings, so you'll need an eye for detail and an easy way with people.If that sounds like your kind of role, we'd like to hear from you.

Working Hours

Monday: 9am–5pm

Tuesday: 9am–5pm

Wednesday: 9am–5pm

Thursday: 11am–7pm

Friday: 9am–5pm

Saturday: 10am–2pm, one in four, with a 1pm finish the following Friday in lieu

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

- Handling incoming calls, emails and enquiries, providing a professional service to sellers and buyers

- Scheduling appointments for active listings and incoming valuations

- General administrative support across the business, including marketing support when requiredViewing Duties

- Coordinating property viewings, open days and promotional events alongside the sales team

- Viewings take place two days a week, with the rest of the time office based with our admin and operations team.

Key Skills

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Confident with IT systems, Apple software is used in the office

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- An eye for detail, useful for marketing-related tasks

- Full, clean driving licence

-You're personable and easy to talk to, calm under pressure, and just as happy solving a problem on the phone as you are meeting someone at a viewing.

Qualifications and Experience

- Experience in a front-facing role with strong customer service

- Experience in a property-related or small business setting is an advantage

Pay and Benefits

- Salary: £25,500

- Company vehicle provided for viewings

- Mileage paid at 45p per mile

- Standard holiday entitlement
