Job Overview

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Housekeeper, where your attention to detail and dedication will create welcoming, spotless environments for our hotel guests. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout our property, ensuring every guest experience is comfortable and memorable. Your proactive approach and commitment to excellence will help uphold our high standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a vibrant service environment while honing your skills in the hospitality industry.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and staff spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to ensure rooms are fully prepared for new guests
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms by cleaning fixtures, mirrors, and floors according to established standards
Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning to the appropriate department promptly
Follow safety protocols and proper cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests
Assist with laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels as needed
Support team members in achieving daily cleanliness goals and uphold the property’s appearance standards

Skills

Prior experience or familiarity with hospitality standards is desirable
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for cleanliness and organization
Experience in janitorial work or general cleaning roles demonstrates reliability and efficiency
Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and report issues effectively
Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout shifts
