Full job description

ADV, part of The Dickerman Group, is looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join our growing team in Kettering.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. We're looking for a confident individual who can work independently, prioritise workloads effectively, and contribute as part of a supportive team.

Experience or an interest in IT would be highly desirable, but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Raising invoices and assisting with month-end sales reporting
Processing travel requests and raising purchase orders
Diary and schedule management
Updating and maintaining the company’s Pipedrive CRM system
Preparing sales proposals and processing customer orders
Monitoring and ordering office stationery and supplies
Supporting general office administration and filing
Manage company incoming telephone calls and welcoming visitors, ensuring enquiries are directed appropriately

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in a similar administrative role (2+ years preferred)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
Able to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
Professional and confident when dealing with customers and suppliers over the telephone
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable learning and using new technology and software systems
Possessing previous IT experience, qualifications, or a keen interest in technology (desirable)
