Job Summary
We are seeking a part time, dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. We require flexible availability including weekends. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation within our establishment. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and fittings to maintain their appearance.
Vacuum carpets and mop floors to uphold cleanliness standards.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly manner.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed within designated timeframes.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
