Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Duty Manager to lead the operations of our prestigious park head hotel. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring exceptional service, smooth daily operations, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will drive guest satisfaction, uphold hotel standards, and foster a positive environment for both visitors and team members. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with supervisory experience and a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring all departments function seamlessly to deliver outstanding guest service
Act as the first point of contact for guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests, resolving issues promptly and professionally
Supervise front desk staff, housekeeping, food & beverage teams, and other departments to maintain high standards of service quality
Coordinate with human resources to support staff scheduling, training, performance evaluations, and team development initiatives
Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across the property
Manage guest relations by addressing feedback, handling complaints diplomatically, and enhancing overall guest satisfaction
Assist in implementing hotel policies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and uphold brand standards

Skills

Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel industry with strong leadership capabilities
Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests and staff from various backgrounds
Excellent guest service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor
Strong understanding of human resources practices including staff management and conflict resolution
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hospitality operations, safety regulations, and hotel management systems
Demonstrated ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and lead by example
