Full job description

Due to increasing business we are looking for a full time Booking Officer to join our established team at Tayside Complete Health.

The Company:

Established in Dundee in 2018 we are a rapidly growing provider of private healthcare treating patients from all over Scotland. Our aim is to offer high quality patient centred specialist healthcare when its needed.

The Job:

This is a part time position (hours to be discussed) joining our established, friendly booking team.

Key Responsibilities

Arrange client appointments by phone and online.
Manage associated administrative tasks.
Liaise with internal and external clinicians.
Work closely with reception and accounts teams.
Support the Senior Management Team with additional tasks when required.

Full training on our appointment booking system will be provided.

The Hours:

Part time - 37.5 hours per week - Pro-rata

Indicatively worked across M-F 8am-6pm

The Salary

Starting at £25, 311 per annum pro-rata

The Company currently operates a performance bonus scheme, which is subject to review from time to time. Eligibility begins upon successful completion of the probationary period.

The Person:

Essential Characteristics:

Previous administration and office experience (essential).
Strong IT skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Calm, organised, and professional manner.
Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Desirable Characteristics:

Previous medical/healthcare/ophthalmology experience is an advantage
An awareness of Health Insurance
