Summary of Role

Provide timely, accurate and responsive service to the Y&K team through performance of daily banking and payment activities assuring the sound and efficient financial running of the team.

Key Tasks

Process Assigned Client's - Sheriff Officers Invoices through relevant case on accounts programme.
Process posting slip for court actions raised by Debt Recovery Team.
Review Case Management System - Action cases that required to be feed to date. Court Action or LBA and email Invoice to Clients.
Review Case Management System that case has all time recording has been processed and case has been feed to date and now available to close for archiving.
Excel Bulk Client Invoice - Process invoice through accounts programme and update Cash Management System - charges to clients.
Debtor's payments in-coming to bank entered into Cash Management System updating case and advising debt team of any relevant actions to be carried out.
Process Bacs/Card Payment - for Client paying YK Invoices.
Monitor Cashroom Email - Inbox and allocate to relevant Team Member.
Remit funds recovered from debtors to clients - after review of Case Management System.
Process Assigned Client's - Sheriff Officers Invoices through relevant case on accounts program.
Credit Control to ensure accounts are settled in line with established procedures. Provide copy invoices if required.

Qualifications and Experience

The post requires someone used to dealing with accounts payable and banking and reconciliations duties.
SOLAS qualification is desirable but not essential.

You have excellent communication skills, you are articulate, you communicate clearly, concisely and without any jargon.
You enjoy working within a team and autonomously on your own initiative.
You are personable and good at building and developing client relationships.
You are confident and you have a strong belief in yourself and your own ability.
You are committed to providing a good client experience and willing to put in extra time and effort when required.
