Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this vital role, you will provide essential administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of sales processes, assist with customer inquiries, and facilitate effective communication between sales teams and clients. Your enthusiasm, organizational skills, and technical proficiency will help drive sales efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within a fast-paced, supportive environment dedicated to growth and excellence.

Responsibilities

· Account Manage customer base to achieve long term success.

· Update customer data shared spreadsheets.

· Act as point of contact and handle customer needs.

· Develop positive relationship with clients.

· Communicate problems internally and externally with production, quality, transport, and the end customer.

· Monitor sales metrics.

· Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities to fill A-plant facility.

· Support sales team and operate directly to Sales Manager.

· Complete customer quotation

· Customer quarterly reviews and customer satisfaction surveys

Qualifications

Proven experience in account management , sales administration or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—along with strong computer literacy.
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service orientation with a positive attitude toward assisting clients and team members.
