Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team! Duties

Engage with potential and existing clients through sales channels to promote our products and services
Negotiate terms and close deals effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and company objectives are met
Drive your own schedule by planning visits, follow-ups, and meetings with clients to maximize sales opportunities
Provide outstanding customer service by understanding client needs, answering questions, and offering tailored solutions
Maintain organized records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up tasks using IT tools and CRM systems
Communicate clearly with team members and management regarding sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback
Manage time efficiently to balance prospecting, client meetings, administrative duties, and ongoing training

Qualifications

Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, or customer service roles is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn is essential
Valid driver’s license with a reliable driving record for travel between client sites
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Familiarity with IT systems such as CRM software or other organizational tools is advantageous
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Demonstrated time management skills to meet sales targets and deadlines consistently
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships with diverse clients
