We're looking for an experienced, reliable Multi-Skilled Tradesperson to join our growing installation team. This role suits someone who is hands-on, switched on and proud of their work — someone with strong practical skills across brickwork, joinery, timber structures, outdoor construction and hard landscaping, and the common sense to think ahead, solve problems on site and finish work properly.

The Role
As a Multi-Skilled Tradesperson, you'll bring proper hands-on construction knowledge to a wide range of premium landscaping projects. You'll help turn designs and plans into finished spaces, using your trade skills to deliver work that is accurate, safe, well-built and finished to a standard you would be happy to put your name to.
You'll work alongside our project managers and installation teams, but you'll also be trusted to take ownership of your work. That means reading plans, thinking ahead, making sensible decisions on site, keeping standards high and not needing someone stood over you all day.
Key Responsibilities
· Brickwork including garden walls, retaining walls and feature structures
· Joinery work including decking, pergolas, fencing, gates and bespoke timber features
· Construction of outdoor buildings and structures
· Site preparation and groundwork when required
· Reading plans and specifications
· Working to high-quality standards and attention to detail
· Maintaining a safe and organised site
· Supporting other trades and team members on projects
· Communicating professionally with clients and colleagues
· Supporting work with our property development company, where your trade skills are suited to the project.
Relevant experience may include multi-skilled tradesperson, joiner, bricklayer, landscaper, hard landscaper, groundworker, fencing installer, decking installer, outdoor construction, garden rooms, paving, retaining walls, pergolas, gates, timber structures and general building work.
What We're Looking For
Essential
· Proven experience in brickwork and joinery/Internal and external
· Strong practical construction skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High attention to detail
· Positive attitude and strong work ethic
· Full UK Driving Licence
· Good problem-solving skills
Desirable
· Landscaping experience
· Experience operating plant machinery
· CSCS Card
· Experience with paving and hard landscaping
· Experience building garden rooms or outdoor structures
· Experience driving with a trailer
