Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Part-time Line Cook, where your culinary skills will bring delicious experiences to life! Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work stations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and ensuring timely delivery of dishes.
Follow all safety protocols related to food handling, storage, and equipment use to ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with team members to uphold high standards of service and meal presentation.
Assist with inventory management by monitoring supplies and notifying supervisors when stock levels are low.

Skills

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or similar setting.
Strong knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and food safety regulations.
Excellent skills in meal preparation, including chopping, grilling, sautéing, and plating dishes.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and support staff.
Prior restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
Serving experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with customer service standards in a food service environment.
