Full job description

Role: Customer Service Advisor

Contract: 6 month FTC
Hours: 40 Hours per Week
Location: Cannock

Briggs Equipment is a leading provider of asset management and maintenance solutions across the UK and Ireland. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service to our customers while creating opportunities for our people to grow and succeed.

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our Regional Service team in Cannock. You'll play a key role in delivering a great customer experience, acting as the link between customers, engineers and regional teams to ensure service requests are managed efficiently and professionally.

In this role you will:

Provide excellent customer service by responding to enquiries and keeping customers informed.
Support Engineers, Service Controllers and regional teams to ensure service activities run smoothly.
Maintain accurate records, reports and business systems.
Resolve customer queries and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve regional targets, KPIs and service levels.

What will help you to excel in this role:

Previous experience within a customer service, customer support or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively.
Substantial experience using Microsoft Office applications and business systems.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records.
A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths, or a relevant NVQ Level 3 qualification.
