Full job description

The company is based in Hedge End, S030 postcode area and works in a legal environment. We are seeking a part time admin assistant for our busy office, the position is available immediately. Presently our requirement is for the successful candidate to work 4 hours on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. There can be some flexibility on hours and during busy times some additional hours may be requried .

Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.
- Assist in resolving any administrative queries.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records of important information.

Qualifications:

- Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise work
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information
- Some typing experience would be an advantage
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
