About Us

At Q Smart, we’re shaking up the renewable heating industry through simplicity, transparency and trust. As we grow, we’re looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our small but high-performing team in Wilmslow – someone with the right attitude, energy, and ambition to learn the ropes and build a successful sales career from the ground up. Or, if you already have account management or sales experience and are looking for a new challenge - we'd love to hear from you!

You’ll be supported by a team of experienced and friendly professionals who will coach you in everything from prospecting to pipeline management and closing deals. This isn’t just a job – it’s a career launchpad and unique development opportunity.

What you’ll be doing:

Support the sales team with day-to-day admin and sales tasks as you learn the ropes
Learn how to identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities
Shadow experienced Account Managers and gradually take ownership of your own pipeline
Communicate with prospective customers via phone, email, and in-person
Keep our CRM systems up to date with accurate, timely information
Build product knowledge and develop a strong understanding of our services

What we’re looking for:

No experience needed – just ambition, energy and a willingness to learn
Confident communicator with a friendly, professional attitude
Highly organised and self-motivated with great time management
Eager to grow and progress within a business that’s going places
Bonus points if you have any customer service or office-based experience – but it’s not essential
